The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sakurayama Nikkokan.

It had particularly good and amazing location minute walk from Sanmachi Suji. The hotel also was minute walk from a train station. We had immaculately clean room with key locker.

The location is good and fantastic, 2 miles from Hikaru Museum. There is a wide array of great food for breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spotless and individual.

Everything met every demand, I would definitely come back here. The staff served coffee, butter, bread, pancakes, and jam for breakfast.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast is free. The units are spotlessly clean and absolutely perfect with shared wc. Glad to have a safe box and a storage space.

Great stay, as always. Lovely hotel in an awesome position to the shopping street. Location just off very easy to access, convenience stores, and on equal to Shirakawa-go Village. Fabulous and fab food.

Cold bathroom.

The location was convenient. The hotel was situated near the train station and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. This made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the local cuisine. the shower facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hot water was consistent, allowing for a relaxing shower after a long day of sightseeing.

the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested and unapproachable, which made me feel unwelcome.

Nice room, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Nice facilities. Best possible and prime setting and restaurants and bars walk from the hotel.

The location in a good area was particularly good and there were a shopping street and a market nearby. The room was generous-sized & large, with twin beds.

The room was very clean and tidy, which made our romantic escape even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of both the train station and the bus terminal. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and visit the local attractions. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of having wash basins in front of our room, allowing us to freshen up without having to go to the shower room.

The lack of an elevator at the entrance of the hotel was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage. It would have been much easier if there was an elevator to help us bring our belongings up and down.

Coffee, butter, bread, pancakes and jam were available. The rooms were generous-sized with twin beds, loved it. Location: the hotel was short walk to cafe and the bus/train station.
